I still maintain that even though I have had I.T. training in various locations in Britain and abroad, I have yet to find a friendlier environment than at MTC, and "yes" you can quote me!

Assessment and Development Consultants were recently responsible for the configuration, infrastructure and technical support to facilitate a country wide recruitment tour for the Inland Revenue.  We used a number of dedicated training centres but yours was superior in many aspects.

Overall the facilities at the MTC Sunderland were second to none. The staff without exception were responsive, helpful and pro-active to our needs.  An even greater relief for me personally was that the complex technical configuration to support our bespoke IT applications was not only met but exceeded.

I would have no hesitation in recommending MTC Sunderland for anyone that is looking for a dedicated training centre whatever their requirements.  Following on from our conversation on the second day I only wish that you were able to expand and open similar centres with the same facilities throughout the country.
