About the course
This one day course provides new Team Leaders / Managers with an understanding of how to manage and motivate individuals to create a productive team. This interactive workshop will help encourage pro-active thinking to effectively support the implementation their new skills in the workplace.
Audience Profile
The primary target audience for this course are Team Leaders/ Managers who are either new to the role or looking to progress their career.
Following the 1-day workshop, North-East workforce skills delegates can choose to progress on to an associated unit of credit to support implementing the new skills into the workplace and gain official accreditation. Options can be found in the Course Outline.
