I joined the company in November as part of its significant growth over the past few years. My role encompasses all aspects of HR, ensuring managers are fully supported in their roles, and supporting the strategic direction of the organisation. 

This was my first experience with MTC Training, but after productive discussions with Matthew about the course content, we were able to recommend appropriate options to the managers. They chose the courses that they felt would best support their individual development. 

Although it’s still early days, with managers only recently completing the courses, the feedback has already been overwhelmingly positive. The skills and knowledge gained have been highly relevant to their roles, and the trainer has been engaging and effective. 

Based on the positive feedback so far, along with the ease of the enrolment process, I would highly recommend that other organisations reach out for a conversation to explore which courses might best suit their needs.
