Agile Business Analysis

ABA

Overview

Business analysis in any product development is required to ensure the product vision, objectives and requirements at all levels are elicited, communicated and tested correctly.

Traditionally, these tasks have been undertaken by several people; business managers/users, project managers, business analysts, systems analysts and testers.

Although people with these roles may be and are still involved in Agile projects, it is recommended that a single person, fully integrated with the development team, is given the overall analysis responsibility.

About the course

This course covers the business analysis products and processes required at all points in an Agile lifecycle and gives the delegates an opportunity to practice the techniques.

Active involvement of the business users in the process of evolving the solution is vital to the success of an Agile project, so it is important to ensure that the Agile Business Analyst does not become an intermediary between the Developers and the business representatives, but rather supports and facilitates the communication between them.

Audience Profile

Business Analysts, Project Managers, Team Leaders and business personnel who wish to learn and apply Agile Business Analysis techniques to their product developments. All prospective Agile project team members will also benefit from the course.
