Expertly led, the team are responsible for ensuring that high quality, innovative skills training is delivered every time.

Our Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Team utilise many years of combined experience of working with employers to understand their needs and find the right, most cost-effective solution for their business. Information, advice and guidance is at the core of everything they do, whether employers are looking for a new recruit, technical skills, or a bespoke training solution the process is mapped out and the experience is managed from enrolment to completion.

MTC Training’s delivery team are industry experts ready to support delegates to achieve the best possible results. Whether delivering technical IT Training, desktop application, apprenticeships or a range of business and professional workshops, the team use coaching and mentoring to ensure that the latest knowledge and skills are transferred to delegates and back into the workplace. Exceptional delegate feedback really showcases the hard work, motivation and enthusiasm the team share on quality of teaching, learner experience and successful employer outcomes.

The admin team are the friendly face and beating heart of MTC Training. On the surface they are greeting delegates, ensuring that each person has everything they need to access their training, whether delivered from MTC’s Sunderland Centre or through a virtual platform. Behind the scenes the team keep the cogs turning, processing paperwork, ensuring compliance and making sure each delegate’s experience is a successful one.
